I truly have significant interest in working with others in helping young people of color to understand that there is no ceiling to what they can accomplish as entrepreneurs. I believe the youth of color are not guided. Their time is spent in working for the boss while they never actually become the boss. Im not talking about owning small barbershop - I am talking about starting unicorn companies just like their white counterparts.
